Corporate Policy: Anti Corruption & Bribery

Digital Window Limited, and its subsidiaries, has reviewed its practices, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Bribery Act 2010, in force as of 1 July 2011. The Act creates a new corporate offence of failing to prevent bribery. This offence can be committed by any organisation that fails to have adequate procedures in place to prevent an act of bribery being committed by a third party, from which the organisation benefits. To be effective as a defense against this new offence, adequate procedures have to extend to third parties. Accordingly Digital Window Limited's Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy can be viewed by clicking here.

Digital Window expects all its suppliers and third party service providers to comply with the principles set out in this policy when working in connection with Digital Window.
